We accept Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard and Solo. You may send your credit card information via the Internet. Our server uses a secure 128bit algorithm to encrypt your details.

Our shopping software uses cookies. You must have cookies turned on in your browser for the ordering system to work correctly.

Shipping And Handling

Our delivery service is via Royal Mail and available to anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. The price of all Mateque mats includes postage and packing and orders will be despatched by first class post.

If you are a customer based outside the UK, we will charge you postage.

Delivery Schedule

We dispatch your order first class on the day of receipt if we have the item in stock. You will normally receive your order within 3 working days within the UK. We have no control over overseas postal services.

TAX

All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. All international deliveries include a customs sticker notifying customs of the goods contained within the package. This is a customary requirement in the UK.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction on any products received faulty or damaged. We ask that you notify info@nutri-trio.com within 7 days of receipt and we will tell you how to return the goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Mateque does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected items. Your order details are printed onto paper and kept in a CHUBB locked cupboard for a minimum period of 12 months as required by our credit card processing company.
